Description

Operation Wing Fury, 202 Jump Seat Footage [Part 2]. Mission Duration 2.7 Hours. Crew: Pilots Major Jason Duggan (RHS) and Capt Jason Otter (LHS); Aircrewman Technician Corporal Garth Pregnell (RHS); Aircrewman LHS Unknown and Aircrewman Technician Sergeant Lee Maloney (RAMP). Filmed by an unidentified person from the Jump Seat of Australian Army CH-47D Chinook A15-202 using Captain (Capt) Jason Otter's Sony Cybershot.

Capt Otter later recalled: "Wing Fury was a mission involving three UH60 Blackhawks, two US/AUS Chinooks and two AH64 Apache Helicopters. It was an action not far from Kandahar, just north of a village seen right of frame. The aircraft are flying at an altitude of 50' above the ground prior to landing and offloading forces".
