Description
Personal diary kept while a prisoner of the Japanese at Adam Park Camp and Changi, and handwritten war diaries of `B' Coy 2/4 M.G. Bn Jan-Feb. 1942. Includes comments on final days of fighting in Singapore, capitulation, atrocities, forming work parties, work including airfield construction, food, illness and disease, concerts and lectures, disipline and morale, keeping track of 2/4 MG personnel, black market, allied air raids, liberation and evacuation.
