This map shows the area of Phouc Tuy province in which Operation Mundingburra took place. Including important features such as the base at Nui Dat, the town of Dat Do, and the Horseshoe fire support base. The light green area near the bottom of the map around grid reference 50 across by 55 was what was known as The Light Green. The original map had been trimmed and covered in clear contact as was often done in the field to improve ease of handling and provide protection from moisture.
