Removal of a lamp from a German tower at Morville, Belgium
Description
Removing the lamp, believed to be used to guide night-flying aeroplanes, from the 130 foot tower near Morville. The lamp weighed over 4 hundredweight and its removal from the top of the tower was particularly difficult; the task of dismantling and lowering it took 1.5 hours.
