This collection contains daily artillery reports and associated notes written by Hobbs in his role as commanding officer of the 1st Australian Divisional Artillery. The reports and notes provide an insight into the tactics, array of artillery and associated quantity of ammunition employed during different stages of the campaign on the Gallipoli Peninsula.
