An RAAF Iroquois UH1H Helicopter taxies out from the El Gorah airfield beyond another RAAF Iroquois parked on the tarmac hardstand. The crew van is in the foreground. The ANZAC Contingent of the Multinational Force and Observers (ACMFO) was made up of Australian and New Zealand personnel which formed the Rotary Wing Aviation Unit (RWAU) flying RAAF Helicopters, which provided the airlift capability to the MFO monitoring the Egyptian and Israeli cease fire in the Sinai from 25 April 1982 to the 17 March 1986.
